If you apply for return without confirming receipt of the goods (select return refund, if select refund only will not pay freight), after the seller agrees to return the goods, you need to submit your actual return waybill number to the system. After the seller actually receives the returned goods and confirms the refund, the system automatically initiates the return freight insurance claim. The insurance company will review the claim after 72 hours, and after confirming the claim, the amount paid will be directly paid to the buyer's Alipay account.
